Dogsled - Daily excursion

Ilulissat Tourist Nature have been arranging thousands of dogsled tours in the past years. Our experienced drivers and their dogs have taken thousands of tourists around the Ilulissat area. This is a unique opportunity to experience the dogsled. If you are not ready for a long tour or if you want to have an idea of what is like travelling on a sled pulled by more than 10 dogs we can offer the following daily excursions.  

Note:

- The price includes the trasfer by bus from the accommodation to the dog sled track and return.

- Coffee or tea on the 3 and 5 hours tours;

- We do not arrange 5 hours tours with 2 passengers per sled;

- Its required to the participants to have warm clothes and right equipment for the excursion. The average winter daily temperature are 15/20 degrees celsius below zero. The participants should also be in good phisical conditions.

- Seal skin clothes and boots can be rent with an additional cost per person.

- The excursions can be cancelled or modified depending on the weather conditions, snow conditions on the sled tracks or for safety reasons. The expedition might not be able to reach all the destination listed on the itineraries above.
